2010 Copa Paulista is the 13th edition of Copa Paulista. 32 team will participate in the tournament. The winner would be qualified for 2011 Recopa Sul-Brasileira and 2012 Copa do Brasil.

Format

The 32 clubs were divided into four groups according to their location and would be play 14 matches in double round-robin in each group. 16 teams would qualify for the next stage, which were divided into for groups. The winner and runner-up from each group would qualify for the Quarterfinals.[1]
