The Promenade Shopping Centre (also known as the Promenade Mall[4]) is a large regional upscale shopping centre located on Bathurst Street and Centre Street in the area of Thornhill in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. With 197 stores[3] in 879,000 sq ft (81,700 m2)[5] of retail space, the shopping centre is anchored by Sears, T & T Supermarket, Rainbow Cinemas, H&M, and Old Navy.[citation needed] Other retailers include Coach, Zara, Forever 21, Aritzia, Nike, Hollister, Lululemon, Ambercrombie and Fitch, Swarovski, American Eagle Outfitters, Coach, and Aroma Espresso Bar Adidas.

Mall patrons need to walk out from the mall to the terminal as there is no direct connection. The terminal is also an open air stop with shelters and platforms. Buses enter or exit the terminal via a private driveway west of North Promenade entrance road.
Driving
The mall parking space surrounds the mall. Cars can enter the mall from side streets via Clark Avenue West, Bathurst Street and Centre Street. Highway 407 is the closest highway to the mall, two kilometres northeast.
Renovations
The mall has been renovated twice since its opening. A slight facelift was completed around 2002. The mall was painted an off-white colour to replace its previous turquoise, peach and pink colour tones. In later years, Cadillac Fairview decided to do an extensive interior renovation, in which they replaced all lighting, flooring and reconfigured the food court to accommodate more seating. The centre fountains were removed to have more usable space for the Aroma Espresso Bar.
Yogen Früz
In August 1986, the first Yogen Früz store in the world was opened at the mall by the local Serruya brothers.[citation needed]
