Answer - The image comes from my family archives. As such, I have been told by my grandmother that it was a photographic portrait commissioned and paid for by my family. As such, there are no copyright issues because it was not a work made for hire, as defined pursuant to the 1976 Copyright Act, (17 U.S.C. § 101, and the work is owned by my family.

Hello, I would like to add a small paragraph about the Catholic Clergy etc. who were targeted victims of the holocaust, from Germany, Poland and occupied Europe, in the 'other victims' section. As many Catholic clergy were murdered in concentration camps as were Jehovah's Witness'. This is well documented elsewhere, however on this page there are only negative references of Catholics, which is not a true and balanced illustration of the time.
