  • Jonano (talk · contribs) is  Stale, but given the edits and deleted contributions I would say they are related. Seeing as the account was created in 2005, it would be the master account. If a clerk would like to move the SPI case under Jonano, they are more than welcome to.
  •  IP blocked.
