• It seems to me that the title card is not a substitute for the poster or vice versa. Promotional materials (like the poster) for the show are of interest in an article about the show and are unrelated to the title card (which in film and television articles customarily appears in the info box when available, with things like posters and cast photos appearing in the body of the article). Promotional materials like posters appear in other articles about films and television shows, and enhance the articles by giving the reader an idea of how the films or shows were promoted. Deleting the poster removes all information on promotion of the show from the article without any consequential benefit to the article or its readers, and seems to be a rather overzealous application of the cited Wikipedia policies, given that the "Non-free promotional" license tag would apply. Title card, posters and promotional materials are all used to identify the television show. Per WP:NFCC#3a, only one file is needed to identify the television show. I have edited probably hundreds of thousands of movies and television shows articles and they do not have promotional materials in them unless there is sourced critical commentary about the promotional material itself, which is a rare exception. You have not explained how this promotional poster with no sourced, critical commentary enhances the article, so it does nothing to enhance the readers' understanding of the television show and the promotional poster's deletion would not be detrimental to the understanding of the television show, thus failing WP:NFCC#8. I'm also not convinced this is below TOO, there's a lot going on in the screenshot.
