• Comment - I am the author of both the articles. I found out about the previous AfD later and I agree with all the points in previous AfD too. But this tournament is held in conjunction and as a preparation for 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup (source). So though it may not pass WP:FOOTBALL, this could be important in terms of WP:GNG.
