not sure how this guy meets NPOL, aside from the fact that "State Co Convenor" doesn't appear to be an elected position, he basically runs the IT & social media of a party, which is also not an elected position, just a standard office type job. Quite small and not notable at all. The account that made this article itself is called ankitchandelbjp, smells like WP:Coi, but can't be sure. Regardless, sources mentioned are no very well known, they also don't cover the person-in-question. The information provided is also not notable, again. Even googling the person in question hasn't shown any new information about the person. In my opinion enough coverage of the subject does not exist, stringent mentions of independent and well-known sources per WP:BLP is not shown. No other option than to delete.
