As a 'veteran Wikipedian' myself, I can tell you that few people are likely to respond favourably to that sort of request. Not without some sort of indication that you have actually looked at the links provided in the draft page 'decline' notices:

Dear reader admin Sir/Madam, I apologies for my mistake on the Wikipedia, The Doreman1969 is definitely not my account the Wikipedia, this was a person I had contact with in order to create a Wikipedia page, once the page was created I was sent the link in order to add more references & information into the source.
