You seem to have misunderstood: if an image is somebody else's work, there is a rebuttable presumption that it is copyrighted, and that we can't use it here without committing a copyright violation. Contrary to some folks' misunderstanding, admitting that a work is someone else's property does not make it okay to use it, even if we acknowledge their name and give them full credit for it. Also, I was using Wikipedia at school that day I left them, and someone look at my shoulder to see what I was doing typing so fast on the Afd.
