I am blocked from filing a dispute review. I added to a page Talk section and the administrators havent reviewed in a week the factual error they added to the page. American Descendants of Slavery.I would like to be unblocked to file a dispute review. When I attempt it says there is API error and I am blocked from filing a dispute.
