Hello. I'm passionate about understanding human societies and cultures through the lens of archaeology. My particular interests lie in art, social relationships, and the material culture of past civilizations. My academic journey is driven by a curiosity about the ways in which ancient civilizations expressed themselves through art and material culture. I am fascinated by the intricate details of artifacts, architecture, and artistic representations, and how they reflect the social, economic, and religious dynamics of the societies that created them. I am also intrigued by the complexities of social relationships within and between ancient communities.

As part of my coursework in California Archeology, I have embarked on a project aimed at exploring the rich archaeological heritage of California. I will be focused on editing pages that involve my interest in Basket weaving and trade of the Native tribes in California.

In the future, I aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse ways in which communities organize themselves, communicate, and establish norms and traditions. I envision contributing to the field by conducting ethnographic studies, analyzing social structures, and deciphering the complexities of human behavior through a cultural lens. Moreover, I am keen to explore how archaeological evidence can complement and enrich our understanding of social relationships, providing invaluable insights into long-gone civilizations and their social dynamics. Through collaborative research projects and interdisciplinary endeavors, I hope to bridge the gap between anthropology and archaeology, shedding light on the interplay between material culture and social life.
