Hello, I'm Jolly Janner, also nicknamed Jolly or JJ. I'm not really a Janner, although I have lived most of my life in Devon. I do try to be a "jolly" Janner though and if you find me not being jolly and helpful, then please give me a slap. I've been editing on Wikipedia since late 2007, but not under this username. I'm fluent in English and know some French and a little bit of German, but I mainly edit on here and Commons.
I live in Toronto, although my interests on Wikipedia mainly revolve around England. I spent much time and joy on my time on Wikipedia on getting Plymouth and climate of south-west England to good article status. My photography is usually isolated to within Europe. Most of my "notable" images are of the local area in Devon and can be seen below. Hopefully my photography abroad will improve. I also have an obscure interest in statistics, especially geographical rankings and make many choropleth maps.
