Description
English: Deiodinase 1,2 and 3 regulate intracellular levels of T3 and T4. Deiodinase 2 converts T4 to T3, Deiodinase 3 deactivates T4 and T3, and Deiodinase 1 activates T4 to T3 or deactivates it. Ubiquitination regulates Deiodinase 2 activity through deactivation.
