Question regarding "This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. "[edit]

User:Greenman @Greenman Hello, Thank you for checking my page submission. I am confused about the request for reliable sources. I have provided citations by several reputable sources of Madison's data. These include Natural Resources Canada, Statistics Canada, and the Government of British Columbia. I'm not sure what else would be required, as the company name is right there as source on the government website links provided. Please help me understand better (reading the Wikipedia instruction pages for "Reliable Sources" and "Referencing" did not help me, as I have already done what those pages say to do). Thank you so much (I am still working on the other suggestion to write the page in formal tone). KetaDesign (talk) 20:59, 9 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

There are some good sources, but there are entire sections that are still unsourced. These need to be sourced or removed. I am also concerned that it reads promotionally, for example "Madison's is frequently contacted by mainstream media as an industry expert on saw milling and the lumber market:". The two provided sources are examples of the publication being cited, but make no claim about "frequently contacted". Greenman (talk) 21:41, 9 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi again,
"there are entire sections that are still unsourced. These need to be sourced or removed."
I didn't realize I had to source every single sentence.
"I am also concerned that it reads promotionally:
Am working on editing the language to " the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article"
thanks. KetaDesign (talk) 21:46, 9 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
