The 2024–25 New York Knicks season will be the 79th season of the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA).
On June 25 2024, the New York Knicks acquired two-way player Mikal Bridges from the Brooklyn Nets in a major trade that enables them to challenge the Boston Celtics for the number one seed in the Eastern Conference.
