This template is used by registered users reviewing articles submitted through the Wikipedia:Articles for creation process. Once an article submission has been reviewed, this template should be placed on the talk page of the user that submitted the article, to inform them that their article has been denied, and to encourage them to fix the article, and keep contributing to Wikipedia. This template must be substed.
Usage

Article Name: adds the title of the article declined, in the form of a Wikilink. This will be deprecated on July 1 2014.full: Provides the full path of the article that was declined. This is the preferred method.cv: (for copyright violations) ifyesis entered, new text appears. Ifnois entered or the parameter is blank, the standard text appears.sig: ifyesis entered, your Signature will be added inside the template. If a signature is not required, leave blank.nofloat: ifyes, the floated box will turn into regular text that occurs before the signature. For the default behavior, leave blank or do not use.
