Gardman (Armenian: Գարդման) was an old region of the province of Utik in the Kingdom of Armenia and Caucasian Albania.[1][2] It was ruled by a local Mihranid family of Persian origin, which later became the ruling dynasty of Caucasian Albania. It was conquered by the Arabs in 855. The Mihranids ruled the region from before 390 to at least 855.
