I just stopped by to let you know that there's a problem with the way you've been offering links to the iThenticate reports: People have to access them via the CopyPatrol interface, or they won't be logged in. So what you need to do is provide them with a link to the related CopyPatrol report and tell them to click on the iThenticate link.
