Purpose of use |
To illustrate the event, this is one of the scenes of the events that were published and is representative of the attacks in the public's eye. |
Replaceable? |
The attacks are historical events, and survivors are unlikely to have taken photos while being attacked. The scene was cordoned off after the attacks, and restricted only to authorised personnel. Italian government works receive copyrights. It is unlikely for any public to have taken the photos of the attacks in such circumstances. The most likely public domain photo would only exist from 2055. |
