Yerikoppa is a village in the southern state of Karnataka, India. It is located in the Dharwad taluk of Dharwad district. Yerikoppa is 8.5 km (5.3 mi) distance from its Taluk Main Town Dharwad. Yerikoppa is 5.9 km (3.7 mi) distance from its District Main City Dharwad and 388 km (241 mi) distance from its State Main City Bangalore.

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns.
