Yalghuz Aghaj (Persian: يالغوز آغاج)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Yalghuz Aghaj Rural District of Serishabad District, Qorveh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4]

The village is populated by Kurds.[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,123 in 256 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 1,178 people in 325 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,113 people in 348 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
