- Participants: The event is open to anyone who wishes to attend. No Wikipedia editing experience necessary; as needed throughout the event, tutoring will be provided for Wikipedia newcomers. Female editors are particularly encouraged to attend.

- What to Bring: Attendees should bring their own laptops & power cords; a state-issued photo ID is needed for a visitor's badge to gain access to the library.

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns.
