W. R. Bergen was an American basketball coach. He was the first head basketball coach at the University of Tulsa. He coached the Tulsa Golden Hurricane men's basketball team for two seasons, from 1907 to 1909.

Bergen established the Tulsa basketball squad soon after Tulsa moved from Muskogee to Tulsa.[1] The team played its first game against Oklahoma A&M, and the two teams split their match-ups that season. After Bergen left, Tulsa did not field a basketball team for the next several seasons.

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
