Värtans IK is a Swedish football club located in Stockholm. The club was formed in 1924.[1]

Background

Since their foundation Värtans IK has participated in the upper and lower divisions of the Swedish football league system. The club currently plays in Division 5 Stockholm Mellersta which is the seventh tier of Swedish football.[2] They play their home matches at the Hjorthagens IP in Stockholm.[3]

Värtans IK are affiliated to the Stockholms Fotbollförbund.[4]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
