Coin images dated 2015 from the National Numismatic Collection were photographed during the last week of July, 2015 using a medium-format digital camera with an 80MP back. Focus stacking (between 5-9 images per coin) was used. In addition, using an extremely fine conservation-approved dust brush, each coin received one or two light passes to remove loose surface dust or other matter. Anything remaining was not dislodged and could not be removed outside of the conservation department.

Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
