Santa Cruz Tacahua is a town and municipality in Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality covers an area of km². It is part of the Tlaxiaco District in the south of the Mixteca Region.

As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 5,600.[1]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
