The Resource Group Pakistan, known as TRG Pakistan, is a Pakistani venture capital company which invests in business process outsourcing acompanies. It is based in Karachi, Pakistan.[1][2] It was founded in 2002.[3]

History

TRG Pakistan was founded on December 2, 2002 by Zia Chishti, Hasnain Aslam, and Mohammed Khaishgi of the Kheshgi family.[4][5] TRG obtained the certificate of commencement of business on February 27, 2003. The operations of the company effectively started on April 11, 2003.[6]

In 2003, TRG was listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange following an initial public offering at a strike price of PKR 10.[7]

In 2020, TRG's subsidiary ibex was listed on the Nasdaq.[8][9]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
