The Sindh Bank Limited (Urdu: سندھ بینک) is a Pakistani scheduled bank headquartered in Karachi. It has over 331 branches in 169 cities. It was set up as a state-owned bank, offering microfinance loans and other banking services.

Sindh Bank Limited was established on 29 October 2010 with seed capital of Rs.10 billion, wholly subscribed by the Government of Sindh.[1]

It commenced full-scale banking business in April 2011, and has established 331 on-line branches spread across 169 towns and cities of Pakistan. Out of these, 14 branches are dedicated to Islamic Banking.[citation needed]

Sindh Bank launched its new website of 1 June 2020.[2]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
