The Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA), formerly named Sharjah Museums Department (SMD), is a government agency in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.[1][2]
The organization was established by Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi in 2006.[1] The authority's objective is to promote the emirate's legacy of arts, heritage and culture. It is a part of the Global Cultural Districts Network.[2] SMA oversees a number of museums and heritage sites in the Emirate of Sharjah, including:[3]

Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
