Pansol is a barangay of Quezon City. According to the 2020 Census, it has a population of 35,254 people.[2]

History

Pansol was originally a sitio of Balara, a barrio originally part of Marikina.[1] It was carved out of Marikina in 1939, pursuant to Commonwealth Act No. 502 that created Quezon City.[3]

Pansol has an area of approximately 1.48 square kilometers (0.57 sq mi).[1]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
