Miyoko Asahina (朝比奈三代子; born September 24, 1969) is a retired female long-distance runner from Japan. She set her personal best (2:25:52) in the women's marathon event on April 17, 1994, to win the Rotterdam Marathon.

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
