Lifsey is an unincorporated community in Pike County, in the U.S. state of Georgia.[1]
History
[edit]The community was named after its founder, James Samuel "Tony" Lifsey.[2] Variant names are "Lifsey Springs" and "Lifseys Store".[1] A post office called Lifsey's Store was established in 1878, the name was shortened to Lifsey in 1891, and the post office closed in 1907.[3]

Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
