La Madeleine-sur-Loing (French pronunciation: [la madlɛn syʁ lwɛ̃] , literally La Madeleine on Loing) is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France.

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns.
