John Campbell (c. 1789 – c. 1866) was the fifth Treasurer of the United States, serving under both Presidents Andrew Jackson and Martin Van Buren.[1] He was in office from May 26, 1829 to July 20, 1839. Campbell has the distinction of being the first Treasurer to be born a citizen of the United States.

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
