Instituto Español Melchor de Jovellanos

Instituto Español Melchor de Jovellanos is a Spanish international school in Al Hoceima, Morocco.[1] Operated by the Spanish Ministry of Education, it serves infant education until bachillerato (senior high school/sixth form college).[2]

The school building was completed in 1945 after efforts to establish the school occurred in the previous decades. Increased numbers of Moroccan students seeking entry into the Spanish university system began attending after a decline in Spanish students in the 1960s and 1970s.[2]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
