Hunny Hill is a suburb of the town of Newport, Isle of Wight, located in the north west of the town. It is situated 0.7 kilometres (0.43 mi) from the centre of Newport, which is the county town of the Isle of Wight, and is 4 miles (6.4 km) south of Cowes. The south of the suburb is located on the Lukely Brook which leads into the River Medina. To the east is the A3020 road.[1]

The Isle Of Wight College is located opposite the suburb.[1]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
