Farooq Zameer was a Pakistani actor.[1][2][3]
Early life and education
[edit]After earning his Masters in English literature from the Government College University, Lahore he began his acting career in the 1960s while also being a businessman by profession.[4]
His uncle Ghori was also an actor, better known for his comic roles in the 1930s and the 1940s in pre-partition India, while another uncle Fazal Kamal was a director and producer associated with PTV.[5]

[edit]Beginning his career with PTV in the 1960s he was better known for his roles in the 1980s and the 1990s.[4]

[edit]He also directed and produced serials and wrote more than 40 plays.[5]

[edit]For some time he was the head of the publications division of the National Engineering Services Pakistan Limited (NESPAK).[4]
Ilness and death
[edit]He died at the age of 76, leaving three sons and a daughter.[1]

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
