Colazza is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Novara in the Italian region of Piedmont, located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) northeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) north of Novara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 443 and an area of 3.1 square kilometres (1.2 sq mi).[3]
Colazza borders the following municipalities: Ameno, Armeno, Invorio, Meina, and Pisano.

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
