Chasiv Yar urban hromada (Ukrainian: Часовоярська міська громада) is a hromada of Ukraine, located in Bakhmut Raion, Donetsk Oblast. It is administratively centered in the city Chasiv Yar.[1]

It has an area of 63.6 square kilometres (24.6 sq mi), and a population of 13,411. As of 2020, 12,756 people lived in urban areas while 655 resided in rural areas.[2]

It was created in 2020 per an order by the Ukrainian government via the merging of local councils in Bakhmut Raion.[3]

The hromada contains 4 settlements: 1 city (Chasiv Yar), 2 villages (Bohdanivka and Hryhorivka), and 1 rural-type settlement (Kalynivka).[4]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
