10°02′46″N 078°05′13″E / 10.04611°N 78.08694°E / 10.04611; 78.08694 Alanganallur revenue block in the Madurai district of Tamil Nadu, India. It has a total of 37 panchayat villages.[1] It has the same name and boundaries as the revenue block.[2]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
