Abu Khanadeq (Arabic: أبو خنادق) is a Syrian village located in Sabburah Subdistrict in Salamiyah District, Hama. According to the Syria Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), Abu Khanadeq had a population of 507 in the 2004 census.[1]
Syrian Civil War
[edit]On February 5, 2018 the Syrian Armed Forces reported the capture Abu Khanadiq along with Buyud al-Saffaf, Abu al-Kheir, Rasm al-Kibar, Tell al-Shur, Malihah Saghirah, Rasm al-Mafkar, and Khirbat Umm Rujum from ISIL in northeastern Hama.[2]

Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
