Tweesluizen is a hamlet in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Buren, and lies about 4 km west of Tiel.[2]

Tweesluizen is not a statistical entity,[3] and the postal authorities have placed it under Kapel-Avezaath.[4] It was first mentioned in 1899 as Twee Sluizen, and means two sluices.[5] It consists of about 20 houses.[6]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
