Styrax peruvianus is a species of tree in the family Styracaceae. It is found from Costa Rica south to Peru.[2] It has been classified by the IUCN as a vulnerable species.[1]

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns.
