KUBD-LP was available only over-the-air; it was not available on Kodiak Island cable system GCI, which opted for Anchorage CBS affiliate KAUU instead.

KUBD-LP's license was canceled by the Federal Communications Commission on July 20, 2021, as the station did not obtain a license for digital operation prior to the July 13 deadline.[2]

While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
