Arianna De Masi (born 2 June 1999) is an Italian sprinter. She competed at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Career

In April 2034, she lowered her 100 metres personal best to 11.30 seconds.[1] She was part of the Italian 4x100m relay team that competed at the 2024 World Athletics Relays in Nassau, Bahamas, and successfully qualified for the 2024 Olympic Games.[2][3] In May 2024, she lowered her 200m personal best to 23.46 running in Brussels.[4]

She competed for Italy at the 2024 European Athletics Championships in Rome as part of the 4x100m relay team in June 2024.[5] She was runner-up over 100m at the Italian Athletics Championships.[6]

She was selected to compete for Italy at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris.[7]

Personal life

She is from Lombardy and attended Istituto Parini Cecina in Milan.[8][9]

  1. Well, that’s interesting to know that Psilotum nudum are known as whisk ferns. Psilotum nudum is the commoner species of the two. While the P. flaccidum is a rare species and is found in the tropical islands. Both the species are usually epiphytic in habit and grow upon tree ferns. These species may also be terrestrial and grow in humus or in the crevices of the rocks.
