I am now taking a break from editing on WP. I am pissed off with the way a vandal has been let off from attacking my user page, I am astounded that a "christian" cabal has been allowed to control and manipulate an article, I am tired of the way that as soon as the flaws in their arguments are pointed out certain posters immediately revert to an ad hominam technique and I am fed up with the lies and personal abuse.

I had thought that WP would be a good project to be involved in - but, as with so much, it seems many pages are in the hands of special interest groups who have no interest in writing a balanced, verifiable and factual encylopedic article but, instead, want to use it to spread their "faith", their falsehoods and their fiction. It seems to me that WP is a failed experiment in that respect. A great shame.

The final straw was the accusation of sockpuppetry which, rather suspciously, came during a vote, a few days after the vandalism of my user page and almost simultaneously with the retuen to WP of Crusading composer and his attempts to get the Robert Steadman page deleted. I have NOT used sockpuppets and I believe that User:Jayyg acted rashly as he didn't give me any right of response before taking action and blocking me. There are a number of things which are a bit bozarre and dodgy about the past few days but, sadly, the truth will probably stay hidden.

Someone needs to look into Crusading composer - it seems they are rather disturbed and there are many signs of them stalking me, from both a different web forum to here. There is a definite link with Bakewell Tart and the sudden reappearance a couple of days ago at the exact same time as the accusation of sockpuppetry reall needs looking into.
