The owner of personal property, which has been wrongfully taken from him, does not commit a trespass by entering the dwelling of the wrongdoer and taking his own property, unless he commits a breach of the peace or uses unnecessary force, and he is not liable in damages because in selecting and removing his own articles those of others are left in confusion
