PavelShk is a Wikipedia:Single-purpose account that has made edits exclusively to SNC-Lavalin affair—related articles: [1]. The article is about an recent, ongoing, divisive political scandal in Canada, and has attracted a number of POV edits. The article has also had serious sourcing issues and thus I've tagged it with {{Cite check}} as I go through the article cite-by-cite, scrubbing it of WP:INTEGRITY, WP:WEIGHT, WP:SYNTH, and similar issues. Today, IP 184.151.179.197 (geolocated to southern Ontario) remvoed the {{Cite check}} with the edit comment:
- (This article is very accurate. Why do we have the warning? It's misleading to the readers.)
After I restored it, PavelShk reverted it again with the strangely similar edit comment:
- (Why exactly do we have this banner on top? It implies to readers the article is inaccurate. What specifically is inaccurate? From talk page I see all recently found errors were corrected. Link says, "When the issue has been adequately addressed", this should be removed.)

Update: it turns out that PavelShk the one who added "illegal political interference" to the article—an assertion found in none of the three citations given.
