It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. Request reason:

I originally had the other account but lost my password for it so I started another account not knowing that this was against any rules, this was done years ago, I recently ran across a scrap of paper that had the other password and got back into the other account still not knowing it was against rules to have two accounts. I have never done anything malicious in all my time on wikipedia and have never attacked or vandalized any article so I dont know why I am being treated as a criminal when I have never done anything malicious or harmful. Wouldnt it be more sensible just to close the other account and then I would only have this one?TexasHistory (talk) 23:08, 24 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
