9. Ref-9 (Again This news was collected via a press release, from Moroccan scientific and technological association,OFEED)

Also, I would like to add that, the person on the article doesn't want himself to be on Wikipedia. I can prove his identity and request. Please let me know the procedure to get this article deleted.
